What data Curricle keeps

A plain-language summary of what Curricle stores, for how long, and what it never stores.

Stored:

Your email address, and optionally your name and avatar.
Your calendars, who they’re shared with, and the reservations in them.
A short record of each forwarded email: when it arrived, which calendar it was for, and whether it was read successfully.

Not stored:

The body of emails you forward — they’re read to create the reservation, then discarded.
Your location. Travel-time reminders are calculated on your phone.
Payment details. Curricle is free.

How long: calendars are deleted automatically one year after they end. Deleting your account removes your data sooner.
