Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Diothas Systems, LLC ("we", "us") for using the Curricle apps, web app and websites ("Curricle"). By creating an account or using Curricle you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires) to use Curricle. Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

2. What Curricle does — and doesn't

Curricle builds calendar entries from emails you forward. Extraction is automatic and can be wrong or incomplete. Always check important details — flight times, check-in dates, addresses — against the original confirmation or the provider. Curricle is not a travel agent, doesn't make or change bookings, and isn't responsible for missed reservations, flights or events. Reminders depend on your device's notification settings and may be delayed or not delivered.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to store, process and display it as needed to run Curricle for you and the people you share with. Only forward emails you have the right to share, and only share calendars with people you intend to see their contents.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Curricle to:

• send spam or unrelated email to calendar addresses, or attempt to overload the service;
• access other people's calendars without permission or probe the service for vulnerabilities;
• upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
• tamper with, block or generate fraudulent interactions with ads.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Ads and future plans

Curricle is free and supported by ads, including banner ads and, for some frequent users, a skippable full-screen ad at most once per day. We may offer a paid tier in the future; anything that costs money will be clearly presented before you pay.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features. We'll try to keep Curricle available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Calendars are deleted automatically a year after they end, as described in the privacy policy.

7. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Curricle and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may end these terms or your access if you break them or if we discontinue Curricle, with notice where reasonable.

8. Disclaimers

Curricle is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diothas Systems, LLC won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost bookings, travel costs, profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to Curricle is limited to USD $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. [Dispute resolution clause to be confirmed by counsel.]

11. Changes to these terms

We'll post updated terms here and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Curricle after changes take effect means you accept them.
